Emily MacLean is a doctoral candidate in epidemiology at McGill University in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Occupational Health, and at the McGill International TB Centre. She is co-supervised by Dr Madhu Pai and Dr Nandini Dendukuri. She primarily works on TB in a global health context, with a focus on diagnostics. She is interested in evaluation and implementation of new diagnostic tests, systematic reviews and knowledge synthesis, and causal inference methods.
